Earlier this month, I was invited to attend the food and cider pairing with Somersby at Morganfield's Damen Mall. If you are a fan of cider, I am sure that Somersby is definitely one of your top to-go-cider and now here's some food recommendations to go with it.

Be mesmerised by the floral taste notes of lovely elderflowers combined with a refreshing twist of lime. Truly a #FloralTwist! This bubbly, sparkling cider is best served over ice for an amazing refreshing experience every sip of the way!
So below are some of the food dishes that we paired with the refreshing Somersby Elderflower Lime.
Mr Calamari and Sticky Wings. The calamari dish was one of my favorite.
Pork Sausage Platter: Spicy Devil, Smoky Bandit, Herby Hog & Cheesy Cheese. If you are into spicy food, the Spicy Devil sausage is a must try!
Fourplay: Bacon Wrapped Meatballs, Onion Rings & Chili Con Carne Dip with Corn Tortilla Chips and Sticky Wings. This combination is definitely a great choice as a beer snacks.
A bowl of healthy fruity garden salad to tone down all the sinful dishes. Hahaha...
The main course of the day, the yummy Jack Daniel's Baby Back Ribs with a side of coleslaw and onion rings. The meat were superbly tender, easily fall of the bones and it was really flavourful.
An overview of all the dishes along with the Somersby Elderflower Lime as well as the Somersby Sparkling Rosé. Looking at all these food again are making me so hungry right now!
